Technology Learning Center

Southwest Arkansas Technology Learning Center is a workforce training consortium of local industry, education and training providers focused on the continuous development of a well trained, competent existing and emerging workforce for Clark County and the surrounding area. Job Profiling and Assessment through the WorkKeys system is available, and a pre-certification employment database has been maintained for the hiring convenience of local employers. Both credit and non-credit courses and training programs requested by industry are offered through the Learning Center which will be located by year's end in a new state-of-the-art facility. The Learning Center Board assures cooperation with the Clark County Industrial Council (CCIC), both local universities and the Arkadelphia Public School District as well as nearby two-year colleges and other training providers. The Director is a workforce training professional with career experience in providing training for manufacturing industry as well as through public organizations.
